Printer not Appearing in My Computer - Can't Share

I recently had to reinstall WinXP. No problem there and
two other computers on my home network (both running Win
98) are connected and can see the files on my computer
with no problem. However since the reinstall they can no
longer see my printer and the printer does not show up in
My Computer (thought it works fine when printing from my
own computer - it does show up in the Printers folder). It
is set for sharing. Anyone have any ideas?

Again the other computers can see my hard drive on the
network but not my printer. Thanks.

Windows 9x will not "see" printers (or file shares for that matter) if the
share name is longer than 12 characters or has embedded spaces.

Check the printer's share name - Windows XP default printer share names
typically violate this restriction in Windows 9x.
