Printer non responding

I am into the word perfect and would like to copy the
letter etc. and am unable to do so. What is the problem
I have Lexmark Z32, it will print on other locations just
not in the word perfect. I have 2 pictures of the
printer in the control panel is that the reason as I have
2 people using the computer. Please respond on what I
should do to be able to print in all stations. Sereta
