Printer Installation Fals

A couple of weeks ago, I was going to print when the computer says that there was no printer installed. Because of this, I tried to install the printer again. However, it keeps giving me an error saying the RPC failed. What should I do.

From the command prompt, type

sfc /scannow

Reboot after and try again.

However if it was a Lexmark printer, you'll probably have to do a complete
uninstall and reinstall of the printer.... use Bruce Sanderson's
instructions at
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
and pay particular attention to his special section on Lexmark printers.
