I would appreciate some advice. I had to reinstall my all in one printer, and
when it get to the part to connect the ubs cable to the computer, a window
comes up that says this file is needed, but when I click ok nothing happens.
I tried to follow the link and can't find the file in the folder. This is the
file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRVSTORE\hpodcsla_AA90739FE6CE6410E6FD075E7696EADED8A3F90D.
I have my drivers and utilites disc, is this what I have to reinstall, and if
so how do I use it?

use your drivers disc and reinstall your drivers for your printer.
it's telling you that you missing this file and need to install it.

DL, thank's for the reply, yes I am using the disc that came with the
printer, so all the drivers should be on the disc right? If when I am
installing the printer and using the instillation disc why is it asking for
that file?

pd, I have had my computer for six years now and have no problem with it
until now, as you sarcastically posted I do have a lot of posts lately, it
started out I was trying to help my Sister with her computer, it was running
very slow and I was looking for advise, considering I don't have an
engineering degree, and I am of the age when I was growing up we were out
playing sports and buying penny candies. It so happens that while trying to
help my Sister with her computer I had the idea to backup all my files, and
while doing that my computer crashed for the first time in six years, and
since microsoft and the other computer company's care about there customers,
I am trying to get some help anywhere I can.

Hi, Pevee, I would go to Printers & Faxes, click add printer and find your
Make/ Model and make it the default printer.
Hope it works,
Gerry

Your Printer Driver cd is corrupted , Download the latest driver from Hp
support site. This should resolve the problem.

Rey, thank's for the link, however it did not work, I still have hp software
in the add and remove and cannot remove it, do you know why I cannot remove
it from the add and remove?
