Printer install

I have tried to install two different Epson printers and I keep getting the
same error. The drivers install, I turn on the printer as asked and then the
hardware wizard comes up and then I get this error " An error occurred during
the installation of the device, The specified module could not be found".

I have uninstalled the drivers and reloaded them and I bought a new USB cord.

Usually, you should install the software before connecting the USB cable.
Then when the cable is connected, the new hardware wizard will install the
correct drivers.


Remove all previous files and USB references, the install the hardware,
lastly the printer.
