Printer Icon Missing

Hi all,

Under Printers and Faxes, the printer icon is missing. The stange thing is
that the user is still able to print.
Click on Add new printer does nothing.
The rest of the control panel is working fine.
User only report the problem after 1 mth so unable to do system restore.

Thanks for any help!

Is it a "network printer" or local? Have you rebooted and still have the
same issue?
