printer help

Hi, I recently bought a dell XPS gen 3, and a dell A960 all in one printer,
and I followed all the instructions exactly, however when i plugged in the
USB cable, it said i was finished, since I had bought a computer with the
printer. It said make sure the computer is on, and it was, and it said click
''no'' when the new hardware install option came on, which I did. The problem
is i do not see the printer on my computer taskbar and I cannot print. I have
tried unplugging the usb cable and restarting the printer, but nothing has
fixed it. If anyone could help I would appreciate it. Thanks

Unplug the printer. Restart the pc. Put the A960 driver disk in. Install
and connect the printer when it asks you to.

Hi,
When they told you to click 'no' on the new hardware,
that was so you could inser the Installation CD 'FOR THE
PRINTER' into your CD drive and install it that way. If
you haven't done that, try it then see if your printer is
in the Ctrl Panel
