PRINTER HANG UP

G

Guest

On a network with a Print Server , and 4 network
printers , the spooler service stops when a SHOCK WAVE
OBJECT is sent to any printer.

The only way out is to delete the file from the spooler
and restart the service.

Is there a better way ?

You may want to try to see if there's a newer printer driver available from
the manufacturer. That might fix the problem that you're seeing.
