printer error!!!help!

Hello!I have a big problem with my new inkjet printer!When all drivers are
installed and printer is ready to work,I can`t print any page!!what can I
do???
 
It would be helpful if you could tell us...
1. Brand and model of printer
2. Operating system you have installed
Since it is "new" you could call the printers tech support for live help
