Actually, that's my question(s):
-How do I print the entire screen?
-How do I print a window whicn appears on my screen?
Thanks.....goldenrod

Entire screen = hit print screen key, open any program that excepts graphics
like paint or word, click edit, paste, now you can print the graphic you
just pasted in.
Window only = hit alt-print screen key.........(same as above)

What do you mean, that didn't do it? The Print Scrn key copies the current screen to the clipboard, and then you can easily paste it into Paint, or another graphics program. From the controls in the graphics program you can print the image, or save it to file.

Greetings --

Pressing the <PrtScn> key copies the entire display to the
clipboard. Pressing <ALT>+<PrtScn> copies only the active Window to
the clipboard. To view the screen capture, open a graphics program,
such as MS Paint, and press <CTRL>+V. This will paste the contents of
the clipboard (your screenshot) into the open file, and allow you to
view it or save it as a file for later use.

Then you did it wrong, try it again. Follow the steps exactly. It will work.
This is how it works and only this way. (unless you have a third party
screen capture program installed and running).
