print spooler

Acess the services.msc either thru one of the following ways
1]Start->Programes->Administratives Tools -> Services
2] Start->run->type services.msc

In the window that pops up Scroll down untill you see Printer Spooler service
then right click on it and Select 'Start'

and now the spooler service is running.

Open a command prompt window and key the command:

net start spooler

(press Enter)
