Print Spooler

I have encountered a situation where the print spooler shuts down for no
apparent reason. I can simply restart the service, but after an hour or so,
it shuts down again. Does anyone know of any reason this might occur? I am
sure there are several, but I don't know what they are.

try updating the print drivers and/or also try moving location of the
spooler file location.
