Print Spooler service crach

Spooler Service Crashes When I Submit a Print Job and an
Event ID 7031 is generated in the Event log.

Windows 2000 server SP4 US with citrix Metaframe Xp
Installed.
Is there a solution ?

HP has a lot of issues with specific driver versions and metaframe.

Daniel,

Do you have a link for HP drivers for Citrix Metaframe for Windows NT? I
do not see it on HP web site. We have similar problems. We have to
constantly restart the spooler service.
