Hi I am trying to install Print Shop 20 on windows xp and
autoplay will not come up and when I go into my cdrom
drive I try to install it manually nothing comes up. I
tried installing it on our other computers it installs on
win 98 and xp. I also went into msconfig and turned
everything off antivirus etc. nothing. Manually I
clicked on the setup print shop 20 icon in the print shop
20 folder on the cdrom and got this message: Product:
The Print Shop 20 - 1: The installScript engine is
missing from this machine. If available, please run
ISScript.msi or contact your support personnel for
further assistance.
Thanks

Hi Jeff,

I remember using the first version of Print Shop on my old
Apple ][ Computer. Broderbund offers this advice at their
site: http://support.broderbund.com/techtips_detail.asp?id=95
if that doesn't resolve the issue, they have a customer support
link on that page as well, which you can use to contact them.
