Matt

Does anyone know where the print screen button puts your
screenshots. I am trying to play a joke on the users of
my extra computer, and can't find the file. You all know
it, Take a picture of you desktop, use that as your
backround picture, hide active desktop, and then hide
your taskbar.

Thanks,

Matt

DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS THE PERSON KNOWS ABOUT COMPUTERS,
YOU WARN THEM THAT YOU HAVE PLAYED A JOKE, OR IT IS YOUR
OWN COMPUTER THAT YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS TO USE WITHOUT
PASSWORDS. IT COULD RESULT IN THEM REFORMATING THEIR
DRIVE AND LOSING A LOT OF VALUABLE INFORMATION. I
SHOULDN'T HAVE POSTED THAT PART, BUT IT'S TOO LATE NOW.

You're probably going to have to take a screenshot of it
(using print screen), and then paste it into something, i
use microsoft's Paint program.
Start->Run->mspaint
Then you'll have to save it as a jpg or something, and
then set it as the desktop background.
Good luck.

I think what you're asking is how to find the screen dump
once you've made it. It goes to the clip board so you
just have to paste it into mspaint and then set it as
your wallpaper (ie just use CTRL + Print Screen to get
the copy - then open up mspaint and use edit --> paste)

It pastes the image to the clipboard. You'll have to open some kind of
image editor and paste it in.
