Print report - page set up - columns

I have a report that is only 4 columns wide, which barely takes up a third of
a page, I want the whole report to print on one page so I went into page set
up and set the number of columns to three. The only problem is that I would
like my "header" (the name of each column), that I usually put it in, only
prints at the top of the first (page) column. Is there a way to get this to
print at the top of all three columns.

Size the width of the report to that of the whole page (less the width
of the margins).
Copy and Paste the column label 3 times across the page header (where
you think each column will be).
Click on File + PageSetup + Columns
Set the number of columns to 3.
Set the Column Size Width to whatever measurement you want one column
to be.
Uncheck the "Same as Detail" check box.
Run the report.
Adjust the placement of each column header label as needed.
