Print Problem IE 6

When printing any document in IE 6 I get two square box's on the page. One
in the upper left corner the other in the lower left corner.You can see the
squares in the
print preview also.Any ideas ? Did not happen with IE 5
on the same machine.

Any popup or security programs that could be the culprit?

Was it ever working correctly?

Did you install any new software/hardware recently?
