print, print preview, page setup not available

My print, print preview, and page setup options are not
available under the File menu within I.E. 6.0. I have
checked under Internet Options and there are no choices
available there. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can this be the fix?

The restrictions that are available to Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1
The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.
Registry setting: NoPrinting: Removes Print command on the File menu.
