File Menu Printing Problem

In Internet Explorer we are no longer able to print
something by going to the File Menu and selecting print.
Page setup, Print, and Print Preview are greyed out. I
can print from the print icon button or by right clicking
on the page. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I
can once again enable the print function from the file
menu?

Registry setting: NoPrinting: Removes Print command on the File menu.
