Outook Calendar Problem

I have the print alert pop-up that will not stay hidden. Everytime I use the
option "Always Hide" the alert always come back popping up again in a few
days. How can I get this print alert pop-up to say hidden all the time.

Is that issue coming up while your outlook is open or it comes even if the
outlook is closed ?

Exactly what does the print alert pop-up message say?

Is the pop-up notifying you that printing is complete and you don't
care to be notified?

You could have your printer set up to notify the user when ANY print
job completes which has nothing to do with Outlook.

Is this printer networked (attached to a print server)?

What does it have to do with the Outlook Calendar?
 
Perhaps instead turn notifications off in Print Server settings. (See
Windows Help and Support, Print Server)
