When I attempt to print from a webpage, IE crashes and I get a blue screen. My workaround has been to copy the selection and paste it into Word. How do I troubleshoot (or repair) this error

Do you get an error such as this one?

Cannot Print in Internet Explorer if Surfairy Is Installed
When Surfairy is installed on a computer that is running Internet Explorer 6
Service Pack 1(SP1) or the August 22, 2002, cumulative patch for Internet
Explorer, you cannot print or use the Print Preview feature in Internet
Explorer. You may receive the following error message:
