Print Jobs Stay in Queue After Printing

I found MS Knowledge Base article 104817 and thats what I
got all right but it's on Windows 2000 and I'm not sure
this artical applies. any help anybody

That's a very old KB article and probably doesn't apply to Windows 2000.

Also, right click on the Printer, select Properties, select the Advanced tab
and make sure there is no check mark in "Keep printed documents".
