Print jobs routing incorrectly

We have 4 Win 2K Server machines running Citrix XP. Occasionally when a user prints to their local auto-created printer, the print job actually prints to another printer that is hundreds of miles away in another office

Any idea what could be causing this? Our other Citrix servers don't seem to have this problem.

They most likely have the same client name in the WFCLIENT.INI file, as remote users

In your Citrix Management Console, check the names of your logged in clients and look for duplicates. This is especially true if the workstations were imaged

Hope this help

Thanks for your input. We did have that issue, but corrected it a while back. However, the printing problem is still unresolved

I found today that we have 3 servers for 3 regions. Only one server (the Central Region) is having this problem. Coincidentally, I was told by our Citrix admin some time back that the developers of the app published on these servers is configured differently on the Central server. So, I really think there's something up w/ the Citrix server being configured incorrectly

Any other ideas?
