Print Job Respools in the middle of a Large Print job

I have a particular user that cannot print a full print
job from a PDF document. It is 220 pages, and is 15.1 MB
when spooled.

About half way through printing (thereabouts) it will
pause, then restart the print job from the beginning.

Any ideas?
