print date of revisions (tracked changes)

Hello,

Is there a way to have the date of tracked revision printed out? It
appears when you hover over a revision but it doesn't show up when you
print using either the "document showing markup" option or the "list
markup" option.

I think I might not have been clear in the description of the problem.
We would like to print a document including the revisions and the
revision date. The print option "document showing markup" only prints
the revision itself, not the date. is there a way to include the date
of each revision?

Using Word 2003. Instead of "document showing markup", print "list of
markup". However, this will only print the changes, not the entire document.

So the combination document + revisions + revision date is not
possible?
