Print Color for Envelopes

Whenever I print addresses for an envelope the color of the printed text
is red. Both addresses print in red(delivery & return) Even though I have
changed the color that I would like it to print in to black. I've made the
default color black. Tried changing it to another color. Nothing works. What
I'm I doing wrong?

If you're using an envelope template or the envelope wizard, make sure
the colors are set correctly. Whatever colors are set there is what
it will default to. (Assuming here that you're referring to printing
envelopes in MS Word.)

I am using using MS Word to print the envelopes using the template. I've
tried everything within the options menu possible to change the color to
black, but nothing seems to work. When I make changes to the color in the
options menu, the changes appear to be accepted, but when I print the color
is still red. How do
