Print Color for Envelopes

In Word when I print a envelope the print color is a light blue. Used to
be black. I can print documents in Word and the print color is black. I
have this problem only when printing addresses on envelopes. Any help to
get the print color to black will be appreciated.

For reasons unknown, some inkjet printers use a composite black (made up of
the inks in the color cartridge) rather than true black (from the black
cartridge) for envelopes and other small paper sizes. When you get something
other than black, it's usually an indication that one or more of the colors
in the color cartridge is running out.
