Preview word 2003 in Outlook 2007

Hi,

Does anyone know how can I preview a word 2003 attachment in Outlook 2007?

Is there anything I need to install to allow me to preview the document in
the reading pane?


Any type of help would be great... Thanks

That should work out of the box.
What happens when you try now?
Or are you evaluating the new options before purchasing? ;-)

We are using Outlook 2007 but with word, excel and powerpoint 2003 and is not
an eval version.

Does it has to be all the same version?

I'm getting the following msg:

"This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it.
Browse for previewer online"

The file previewer is indeed mapped to its corresponding application.
Meaning, to preview Word documents you'd need to have Word 2007 installed.
Word 2003 didn't come with any previewer itself (as the feature is new in
Office 2007).

If you have Word 2007 installed, then you have no issue previewing word
documents of Word 2003. That's what I thought you were originally asking ;-)
