Presentation changes when e-mailed between colleagues

I am using PP 2003 (office professional 2003) with Windows XP home edition
version 2002 service pack 2. When I create a PP presentation and send it to
my colleagues, text crashes into logos, falls of the edge of the page,
doesn't stay within boxes etc etc - all these things are fine though when I
view the presentation. Please help - we're wasting hours on presentations
that we can't use. With thanks in anticipation.

Mostly likely cause: You are using a font that doesn't exist on the client
machines and PPT (Windows) is making a substitution. Try it with a standard
font.

Most likely you're using a font that isn't installed on the other computers
that are having troubles with the text. Powerpoint has to substitute its best
guess from what's available there. Sometimes that doesn't work out so well.
