Preparing XP for an other user

Scenario "normal way":

an NT Domain user "UserA" is logging in to the domain from an XP first time.
In the directory "Document and Settings" will created the directory "UserA".
After successfully logging in a personal database will be created in
directory UserA and the database will be filled with personal data via
replication.

Scenario "admin way":

The hardware (where UserA's XP is running) have to be replaced and the new
hardware have to be prepared with the personal database. Problem: UserA is
underway (field services) and has no time to initialize the new hardware. An
admin user should prepare the hardware similary to the "normal way".

Question: how to initialize the hw with sw for an other user, without
knowing his / her NT Domain password ?

Thanks in advance,

Michel

You're the domain administrator, just reset the password!
