Pre-Dial Connection?

A couple of weeks ago, my laptop started showing a Pre-Dial Connection
page instead of automatically dialing my connection. I checked (and
re-checked) all of my connections, options, settings, etc. and nothing has
changed but this screen won't go away. Please help me to get rid of this
nuisance. TIA
 
Hi Ryka,

Check your settings here: Right click Network Places/Properties/Dial
Up/Properties/Security/Show Terminal Window.

Show Terminal Window is not checked. Any other suggestions as to how to get
rid of this thing? Tx.
