I am in an online class, i had to submit a PP with audio, which i did to
blackboard and other students were able to open it. I then uploaded it to my
instructor, she cannot open it. I converted from 2007 to 97-2003, she still
is unable to open. I then created a PDF file, but can't get the audio to
play,if someone out there knows how to get sound on the PDF file, that would
be great, if that is even possible. so help with either of these issues would
be great. Thanks
-- I need to get this in for my final grade. I work from home and have no
experts to help me.

Submit ppt with audio and animation

Hello,

The reason:
Sound files in wav format larger than 100 KB (i.e. anything but a short sound effect) and other file formats are linked to PowerPoint presentation, when you upload the PowerPoint presentation to Web, the linked music will not be shown.

The differences between embed and link, please view:

I strong recommend you to convert your PowerPoint presentation to Flash to embed the audios and animations with upto 90% file size reduction . Then all you friends can view your photo album whether PowerPoint program installed all not. At the same time, Flash is compatible with multiple explorers, multiple operation systems.

Some third party presentation tool such as Wondershare PPT2Flash Standard
(an add-in of PowerPoint) http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html can do this work. It can convert it with one click. You can have a free try.

Hope it helps.
