Powerquest Partition magic problem.

I'm having a problem installing and running Partion Magic 8.0.2. I run XP
prof.

I apologize if this is OT but I can't find a partition magic newsgroup.

I have installed this program several times and had to remove it as many.
When I run it it gives me an init error: error 504. This error is a file not
found but I can't figure out or find which file is missing. I've gone on
their website and find that getting any help is impossible. Symantec now
owns them and You can't get any help from them.

Has anyone had this problem (installing and running it). Any advice would be
appreicated.
