PowerPoint slide show black and white to color

Have received several PowerPoint presentations recently in emails where the
picture starts out in black in white and fades to color. I saved a few and
brought them into PP 2007 but can't seem to figure out where the "Picture
Fade" is located. Think this is a wonderful tool.....IF you can find it!

Any help is greatly appreciated
