powerpoint add in

I recently installed the PowerPoint add-in, Send to Publisher, in allows me
to move PP slides to Publisher. If I change the original PP slide, will it
change the slide in Publisher and/or vice-versa?

"Send to Publisher" add-in does not create a link between the original
PowerPoint presentation and the Publisher publication created from that
presentation. So, if you update either the presentation or the publication,
it does not affect the other.

Can you suggest to me how I can do this? I have 173 slides w/notes that I
need to move to a Publisher document and I need to be sure that when one is
updated, the other is also.

When you change the PowerPoint presentation, you can run "Send to Publisher"
again to recreate Publisher publication. But if you change the publisher
file, there is currently no way to update the original presentation.
