PowerPoint 2007: Smart Art / graphics will not print on color pri

I have created an organization chart using PowerPoint 2007, and when I print
it on our color printer, the slide is blank except for the the title text
box. When I print it on our black & white printer, the entire slide prints.
I really need it in color though! Any ideas?
 
Try ticking the "high quality" box in the print options dialogue, see if that
helps.
 
That was already checked off. I'm beginning to think it is a printer driver
problem, but I'm not sure. Thanks for trying!
