Shenan said:Power Users DOES exist in Windows XP Home It is just well hidden
from the user(as are many functions that are arguably needed in an
XP/NTFS environment.)

Hmmmm... Okay, maybe I deal with XP Professional too muych lately. =)
If Bruce says it isn't so, it probably isn't so. I would have that
that the:
Start -> RUN
Type in:
control userpasswords2
and click OK.
Find the user in question in the list, click on them once to select
them, click on the properties button, select the Group Membership
tab. The top one is the "Power users group". Also the "Other" area
has a pull-down with even more options.
Would be the same in Windows XP Home as it was in Pro, but I have no
Home PC to try it on where I am at currently. Sorry if I was
incorrect.
