Power settings not saved...

Hi,

It seems that power settings (sleep or wait mode etc) are user
defineable. They stick nicely when logged in as administrator but when
logged as a domain user, I get 'acces denied' when I try to save my
settings.

What is wrong and how can I avoid this? Even domain users should be
allowed to save their power settings...
