When I set my power options I get a error message " Indicates two revision
levels are incompatible" My computer turns it's self off without hibernating.

I tried deleting the profile and renaming it and now I have no profile and no
power options shown. It won't let me type a new name or set any options.
What do I do now?

I'm so sorry if this has gone to wrong site/place, but I am unaware of how to
use this site correctly. I'm just a novice see.
My query is, is that my power options dont seem to work on my laptop, in the
control panel. They used to, when I first got my new laptop. I press the
power option button within the control panel and nothing happens. Its no
longer there. Could it be I wonder, that I have mistakenly deleted some some
details from the registry at some point/ Is there a way for me to fix this
problem?? I hope you can help me. It would make a difference to me. Please
