Power Options

Just installed new video card and LCD monitor.
Everything works perfect but now my screensaver and all
power options don't work. I can'i Stand By or Hibernate
at all and like I said the screensaver does not work.

Did you have an onboard vidio card?If you did you need

to go into your BIOS and turn it off so the effects will
work on your new card.Also you may want to shut the other
one off in the device manager by.....start---right click
on my computer---properties---hardware tab---device
manager---under display adapters + Right click on your
old video card and disable it.
