Power Option

I try to open power option and there is a message
saying "To Adjust power management setting , close
Microsoft windows Xp power Option and use Toshiba Power
Saver"
THE Problem is that i don't know how to close it.
 
It's just asking you to close the Power Options dialog that you opened.
