Posting / Reply policy?

What is the policy on posting replies? I replied to
three posts last night and none of the post have ever
appeared. Are replies from non-Microsoft employees
filtered out?

Actually, the point of the community is to encourage both dialog between
Microsoft and customers, and between customers who may have experience doing
similar things.
