It's easy when you write a question to these guys for it to get lost in the
crowd. So after I send a question, I'll hit refresh till I see my question
posted and I'll mark it to be "Watched." In the pain were the messages show,
at the top, there are symbols, (Looks like a pair of glasses.) Highlight
your message, click the glasses and your message is marked "watch." Go to
"View

Are you asking? Telling? Who are /these guys/? You just posted this and it
wasn't directed to anyone in particular.

Actually, Ed is explaining to no one in particular how to watch a thread
in *Outlook Express*. And he's making it more difficult than it needs to
be! Here's an easier way:

View | Current View | Show Replies to my Messages

Even easier:

Ctrl + H

Ed's method is good for watched messages that don't necessarily include
his participation.

You can make a Message Rule to mark all your posts as Watched.

Sorry, I was writing to a friend, I don't know how this got sent to the news
group. But I'm glad, you gave some great advice.

Daave
