Possible to create desktop shortcut to restart?

I just saw a tip for how to put a shut down shortcut on the
desktop (in the Create Shortcut Wizard's Type the
Location of the Item box, type the following exactly without
quotes: "shutdown -s -t 0").

Is there a similar thing that can be done to put a restart
shortcut on the desktop? If so, how?

A quick glance at XP's hand-dandy built in help center revealed that there
is a "-r" parameter for the shutdown command. Thus "shutdown -r -t 0" will
initiate a restart after 0 seconds.

Hi Bob,

You can create a restart shortcut the same way you created the shutdown
shortcut. Just replace the "s" in the shortcut with an "r".

These are scripts you can write for yourself in
Notepad . . . just copy them verbatim, save as name.VBS
files, drag them (or Save them) to the desktop . . .

Try "shutdown -r -t 0". For other possibilities, open a command window and type
"shutdown /?" (without quotes).

And please don't contribute to the spread and success of email address mining
viruses. Learn to munge your email address properly, to keep yourself a bit
safer when posting to open forums. Protect yourself and the rest of the
internet - never post your address unmunged. And don't use addresses that may
belong to others either.

According to this and other articles, any domain name potentially valid (such as
"none.$tld", "nothere.$tld", or "nospam.$tld") should not be used in munging.
The only valid domain name for munging is "example.$tld"; that only because
standards say that "example.$tld" cannot be assigned as a valid domain.

When you use any potentially valid domain name, you are potentially subjecting
that domain's MX servers to unwanted garbage email traffic from crap like Swen.
If it exists now, or in the future when it exists.
