Hello can anyone help me on this.

I keep getting port scan from this Ip

62.31.144.39

any help finding out who it is.

My virus checker does block it.

Just check on grc.com

and port 1029 is open.

Ta-da! - Maybe your ISP is using it for some sort or virus scan for anything you download through them etc etc.

Also it could be what is termed as a 'handshake' between your PC and your ISP. - Imagine your PC attempting to wave to your ISP and your ISP is simply responding with "i see you!".

Personally i wouldn't be concerned at all.

as canes said its a blueyonder IP address, just email them and tell them that said IP address is being flagged by your firewall as trying to perform a port scan
