I have a application that is needed to be run on port
135. My ISP has deciced to block that port due to the
worm thats spreading.

Is there a way to move ports within windows, so I can use
a different port? I knkow its possible to do with
terminal server, just need to know if its possible to do
here.

Your only solution, the one you should have been using, is to create a
VPN connection between you and your destination and then it will all
work.

The port an application runs on is defied and controlled by the application
itself. A VPN may be your best bet, but exposing port 135 (either TDP or
UDP) across the Internet was never a good idea and is even less so now.
