Popup

I have a user who was trying to check his aol email from here at work. He
got a message about popups blocked but doesn't remember exactly what it said
and I can't get it reoccur. In aol email, when trying to open new or old or
creating new messages, it opens in a popup. Well, I tried and it looks like
it's trying to open but then doesn't. He is using Windows XP Service Pack 2
and IE 6 Service Pack 1. I can't find anything in it to turn on/off popups.
The computer was runnig aipk which I stopped and then got a message
something to do with going to aol's help (and yes, I know that doesn't mean
anything) and I've given the most terrible information possible. Right now
I'm wondering how to enable popups.

Anyone?

Thanks.

See this article for possible help:

You are redirected to a different Web page in Internet Explorer on a Windows
XP Service Pack 2-based computer
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/878469/en-us
It has the info you'll need to handle the pop-up blocker in IE 6.

If no joy, there are third party programs - such as toolbars (Google,
Yahoo), anti-spyware programs, etc. - that include a pop-up blocker feature.
