Popup Blocker has me STUMPED

I want to be able to add an image to a doc on VistaPrint.com, but I get a
message that reads:

"Your browser has blocked a popup window that is required to continue.
Please enable popup windows for this website."

I'm running Windows 2000 v5

Here's what I've tried:

-In Tools > Pop-up Blocker (I DO NOT HAVE THIS OPTION in IE v 6.0.2600.0000IC)
-In Tools > Options > Security > Trusted Sites, adding
http://www.vistaprint.com
-In Tools > Options > General, deleting all history and temp files cache
(which is what VistaPrint tech support told me)

Hi Rebecca,
Try Privacy Tab and click on Edit under Websites and remove any enterence
for the Website there and click ok and try.

If you have the Yahoo Toolbar installed - it also has a popup blocker. Right
click on your toolbar - see if there is a selection for Yahoo Toolbar - if
so, check it - then disable the popupblocker and then uncheck the Yahoo
toolbar.
