popnav?

Can anyone help me with this problem.......when I am
browsing different sites..for example...ebay...and want to
look at a particular item...I can get to that item but
then this popnav.com pops up and won't let me look at my
original item. How can I get rid of this pop nav? It has
done this on other sites also.

popnav.com = Adware-PopMonster
This is a "transponder" (spyware) and is usually bundled with n-Case [ugh!]
