Blocking web sites

when i am online and looking at sites, this web site
called "incredifind.com" keeps popping up and doesn't let
me get into the site i originally intended to get into.
most of the time it is when i am trying to purchase
something. how can i get rid of this site?????

It sounds like you may have spyware on your computer that
is causing that website to keep coming up.
